About Us

 Who We Are

Dulles Transit Partners, LLC (DTP) is the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority's design-build contractor for Phase 1 of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project. DTP is a joint venture of Bechtel Infrastructure, Inc. and Washington Group International (now URS), two of the world's leading engineering, construction and project management companies.

DTP is working under a contract with the Airports Authority, continuing our partnership into final design and construction. We achieved the Full Funding Grant Agreement in March 2009, and construction began two days later. This project is one of the Virginia Department of Transportation's MegaProjects.
